Mango Turkey Chili
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20

What You Will Need:
2 lbs. ground turkey
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cubed Fresh Mango or Cup Mango Salsa
1 Orange [juiced]
1 Can Black Beans [15oz]
1 Can Kidney Beans [15oz]
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tsp ground cumin
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Liquid: 1 cup water or chicken broth

- I didn't add canned tomatoes but you totally could add a can of tomatoes and it would be delicious.

Let's COOK!
In a large heavy pan heat up olive oil on medium to high heat. Add chopped garlic and onion. After onion has began to turn clear add in ground turkey. Let lightly brown and mash down and any chunks. Occasionally stir so turkey begins to cook evenly. Add water and turn heat down to med/low. Add two bay leaves and chopped mango. Squeeze a whole orange and add spices. Wait until mostly cooked to add salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for another 10 minutes occasionally stirring. Once turkey is cooked strain and place back into pot and add two cans of beans.

Embellish with fresh herbs and swap out sour cream with low fat greek yogurt if you need extra protein.

Thank you!
