Super EXTRA Berries and Cream Protein Pancakes

There's nothing basic about these protein pancakes. If the past few months have taught me anything, be as extra as you can, all the time, f*ck it. These were my pre-workout meal for my heavy leg day. 

Ingredients (Makes about two servings, or one AWESOME StACK)
90g Kodiak Cakes Frontier Flapjack and Waffle Mix
2tbs Stevia Powder 
30g SFH Natural Flavor Whey Protein 
100g Mixed Berries
20g White Chocolate Chips
*Red food coloring

41.3g Protien / 83.1g Carbs / 11.6g Fat 

Total Calories 602.2

1. Mix Dry Ingredients in Pan (If you want to be super extra add some red food coloring).

2. Add Chocolate Chips and let batter sit for five minutes.
3. In a nonstick pan, heat, and pour those pancakes in. Wait until they are super bubbly to flip so they do not stick - this becomes even more important if you're not using extra butter in the pan.
4. Flip and wait another 15-20 seconds.
5. Repeat until finished with batter.
6. Top with berries and desired 

Great preworkout snack, especially if you want something sweet before you kick ass in the gym.
