90g Quick Mix
40g Egg Whites (optional)
20g Bodybuilding.com Signature Vanilla Whey
5g Poppy Seeds
1/2 Lemon zest
-Makes two servings
Mix dry ingredients in pan. Add water or milk until desired consistency.
Heat pan on medium high and let pan warm-up. Once pan is hot, pour batter onto pan and wait about 30 seconds. Bubbles will form around perimeter of pancake. You'll know it's time to flip once the bubbles stop filling in.
